“What a FANTASTIC place with AMAZING views. Simply beautiful! We woke up to find a field of beautiful cows asleep beside the property. The beds were very comfortable, the infinity pool was a delight, the outdoor shower was great, the furnishings were lovely. All good! Do note, if you are not comfortable with mountain driving (switch backs and steep inclines), you might be a bit surprised by the drive; we got used to it and managed it ok, but honestly would not have wanted to drive it in the dark.”

“We had a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to get there, but it was worth the trip. The property is as advertised and it provided the privacy and relaxing weekend retreat we desired. It was 15-20 minutes away from many great places - food, beaches, rivers, etc. We highly recommend the following restaurants: Restaurante Bocas (Italian), Lucas and Ella, and The Fish Ocean Grill.”

“We had a lovely experience staying three weeks in Aguada. The house is a couple of blocks from the ocean in a quiet rural setting. We enjoyed the nicely set up veranda behind the house with comfy chairs. It was especially delightful to listen to the many birds during the day and the coqui frogs at night. Jannette, the owner, was friendly and helpful. She lives right next door so any time we needed anything she was there in literally five minutes. The house was scrupulously clean and well set up……

“3.5Host was very welcoming and friendly, and quick to respond to our messages when we needed help or supplies. The pool was exceptionally clean and well taken care of! It would be very beneficial to have full supply of cutlery and kitchen utensils. We ended up purchasing a paring knife to use, since there was only one large knife. The room with the bunk beds only had one set of bunk beds & one queen bed. The AC in every room was heavenly! Rental has 3 designated parking spots, which was really……
