estuvo muy tardado el check in porque había 2 personas adelante que tenían problemas con su reserva, no había cortina en el baño, hablamos por teléfono y vinieron a ponerla, la subida del estacionamiento está con la pendiente muy peligrosa, se ve que se han raspado ahí muchos coches, se podrían mejorar las almohadas, hubo desabasto en el desayuno de todo, tardaron mucho para re surtir y a las 9 AM ya no volvieron a resurtir pan dulce, nunca trajeron cucharas, tardaron hasta para poner platos

Me cobraron una cantidad equivocada (menor) y al preguntar el motivo dijeron que ese era el total, dos días después me desactivaron la llave porque tenía pendiente el pago de lo demás lo cual pagué de inmediato, no sin antes reclamar de nuevo que me cobraron equivocadamente. El estacionamiento es un problema y no tienen control de cómo se estacionan los huéspedes además de que es muy angosto y bloquean la salida muy seguido. Incluye desayuno pero se acaba y no rellenan y nunca sirvió la máquina de café. Salvo esos detalles el hotel es cómodo y está bien ubicado.

El personal fue excelentísimo! La señorita que atendía recepción en mi llegada es muy linda persona, atenta y amable. Solo un detalle muy común; la puerta de mi habitación no abría con la tarjeta que me dieron y en ocasiones tenía que retornar a recepción para solicitar el apoyo. Pero todo muy bien.

En general buenas instalaciones y buena atención del personal. La salida del estacionamiento obliga a tomar una avenida junto al hotel, si se pudiera modificar la salida hacia la glorieta, permitiría tomar cualquiera de las cuatro avenidas.

El hotel está muy bien, la recámara es algo pequeña pero está bien para una noche. Lo que no me gustó fue que llegamos a las 3 de la tarde y aún no estaban listas las habitaciones y esperamos hasta 3:20 y seguían sin estarlo por lo que mejor salimos y regresamos más tarde. En la noche cuando regrese al hotel en el lobby parecía cantina a las 12 de la noche tampoco me gustó eso.
