The room was spacious, but the toilet seat was screwy, the door didn't work properly, the boards at the bottom of the door are literally falling off. The staff is very nice, but the hotel itself is in a considerably bad shape.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The Hotel Garden Inn runs the Rio Garden Inn at this address. The doors are locked at the street address and we had to enter along the main highway. The lobby has a counter and a couch. We were promised an itemized receipt and never received one. MX$9639 for two nights is excessive for a hotel with no amenities. Curtains didn’t work. No phone in room to call front desk. Main street is very loud. No hot water in sink. No towel rack in bathroom. No deadbolt on the door. Entrance to the room with a tiny key. We still have not received the receipt.

Lugar tranquilo, un poco vacío

Lugar tranquilo pero con pocos trabajadores. También funge con el nombre de Rio Inn. No se vayan a otro hotel pensando que no es. La puerta de cierra con una llave que te dan, no tiene sistema de tarjeta electrónica. Me agradó mucho lo amplio que es baño.

Muy bien , la ubicación dodne esta el hotel , muy buenas las habitaciones muy amplias, el personal muy amable desde que llegas a Loby. El trato del personal es muy bueno , sin duda si vuevo a venir a Aguascalientes ya sea de trabajo o de vacaciones si me vuelvo a hispedar aqui vale mucho la pena

Yo voy por la parte de la empresa de INEGI, y la verdad me he quedado un par de ocasiones en este establecimiento y siempre estoy súper cómoda, la verdad volvería sin dudarlo y es mi Hotel de confianza en Aguascalientes

Está cómoda por qué si el plan es ir a la feria está súper rápido el acceso, lo que no me gustó fue que en la imagen decía que eran 3 camas queen y llegué a mi habitación y solo había 2 matrimoniales y una individual a lo que me dieron rápida solución y metieron una cama matrimonial más respecto al aire nunca me dijeron que hay que pedir en recepción que lo enciendan así que pasamos pésima noche con calor y por la mañana que pedimos que lo encendieran la calidad es muy baja
