"We advised reception that we would be arriving early morning and they said that wouldnt be a problem, but when we arrived, we had to wait till they woke up to let us in. We were given a room that had such a strong mildew smell it was hard to adjust to. We advised staff and they said they would move us however they forgot and by that time we couldnt be moved.
