「The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.」

Auch in diesem Urlaub konnten wir es sehr schönes und wie immer sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer mit Bergblick beziehen. Bei familiärer Atmosphäre und wieder sehr freundlichen Personal, welches keinen Wunsch offen ließ, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 「Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes...

The owners thought of all the little details that make a big difference. The food in the restaurant was delicious for breakfast as well as dinner. 「Great stay. Spa is modernized, rooms seem a bit dated. Dinner and breakfast were very good the afternoon snack can be skipped for the most part, especially since space on the terrace is very limited. Bus to go skiing leaves directly out front. 」
