“Entrance took a minute to find as no clear sign outside... Place obviously being renovated, which is fine as it didn't affect my stay in any way.. I checked in and because I was getting back late, they said I could sleep in longer than usual check out time, which I appreciated a lot.. Room looks like it had been renovated too, so that was good.. Read some older reviews that were not favorable but they seem to have addressed those issues... Room was clean, cozy and comfortable.. “Well appointed modern room, well laid out public spaces. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom orders as well as a buffet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their to make our visit enjoyable”

“The stay was really nice. My only suggestion is to furnish the rooms a bit more. The space was huge but not very well appointed--very plain and not welcoming if that makes any sense. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk very friendly and helpful. Great location-walk to town about 15-20 minutes depending on which way you're going-downhill to town and uphill on way back. Not too bad at all. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of decor in ours.”
