“I loved my 3 night stay at this hotel. It was so comfortable and cozy, and my small outside balcony overlooking the town was an added plus. The staff were friendly and their food and tourist destinations recommendations were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special hotel and mountain village in Broto.”

“From the moment we arrived to our departure we were welcomed as if it was our home. The hotel décor is exquisite, the views breath taking and the management & staff professional & friendly. Sadly we had a long journey ahead, so unable to enjoy an extensive and beautifully presented choice for breakfast.”

“The property is quirky but well located and maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the owner was surly, abrupt and grumpy. My visit appeared to be an inconvenience to him and he made no attempt to smile or provide assistance. While recognising that it is not his fault that I cannot speak Spanish, long diatribes in his local language when it was clear I could not understand a word he was saying was unhelpful. I felt like a naughty school child. I definitely would not return.”

“La ubicación de los apartamentos es todo un lujo, el complejo en sí esta en un lugar privilegiado con unas vistas preciosas. El personal es muy amable y el apartamento estaba limpio, pero los utensilios de cocina necesitaron un lavado antes de usarlos.”

“*Superbe chambre avec douche et WC, bonne literie, calme, très propre, petit balcon appréciable avec vue sur la montagne pour profiter du beau temps, le petit + un frigo et un coffre fort dans la chambre **personnel serviable et agréable, font leur possible pour nous satisfaire et nous comprendre quand on ne parle pas espagnol, ont fait leur possible pour que j'ai quelqu'un au bout du fil qui parlait français afin de se comprendre pour la réservation et pour notre arrivée et nous le remercions……

“Stunning setting- absolutely gorgeous hotel. BUT- No air conditioning and our room on the 4th floor was very hot. Restaurant is beautiful but dining experience very disappointing- mediocre, overpriced food and terrible service. Dinner a few miles down the road at the campground was better and 1/2 the price. Would stay again, in cooler weather because of the beautiful surroundings but skip eating here.”

“Room was fine. No fridge which was a bit of a disappointment. The Diamo restaurant was excellent. Great food and reasonable prices, highly recommended.”
