“STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the……

“the room was spacious, clean, heritage style, love the solid marble floor, the pool/garden view. the location is perfect for a good rest/sleep, very quiet, surrounded by trees/garden, waking up to bird songs and greenery... very refreshing for a big, busy city, and it is centrally located not in the outskirt of the city. Breakfast was included in my booking, good spread of Indian and continental and can be taken either in the dining room or the garden. the staff was helpful, wifi was free. ……
