Looking for a holiday property in Airlie Beach with amazing ocean views and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay? Look no further than this 1-bedroom unit in a resort on the hill in central Airlie Beach.

The unit sleeps 1-4 people, with a king-sized four-poster bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the living area. The open-plan living space includes a lounge room, dining area, and kitchen, which is equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a stove stove top. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity with a hair dryer.

The unit is air-conditioned/heated and has ceiling fans throughout. There's also a 55" smart TV for streaming services, and free, unlimited Wi-Fi. Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffee pod machine, and there's a clothes drying rack on the balcony.

Guests have access to all the resort's amenities, including two pools (one located at the restaurant/bar area, the other below the 5th block up where the unit is located), a hot tub/spa, and a coin-operated laundry. The resort's restaurant/bar, The Anchor Bar, offers guests a discount with their in-room discount cards.

The unit is located a short walk from the main street of Airlie Beach, where you'll find restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches, the lagoon, and a grocery store. Beach/pool towels and all linen are provided on arrival, and for stays longer than 5 nights, a linen change and general clean can be arranged for a small fee.

Guests will receive a detailed guest instruction manual with all the required information they will need, including WiFi login, in their check-in message. Self-check-in is available after 2pm, and keys will be in a locked box just outside the unit door.

Holiday in the Whitsundays is a family-owned, fully licensed Australian real estate business, established in 2019. with a wide range of properties in the area, and are hosts with over 3,000 fantastic reviews. Although self-check-in is available, the team is always available via mobile number provided for any questions or assistance.

↬ Our aim is for your comfort and enjoyment, and if we can add to that in any way please let us know.
↬ The front door does self lock so please make sure you take your keys with you, so you don't lock yourself out. Great idea is to keep a key in the locked box at all times and just use the spare key that's inside to unit.
↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
↬ In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit please keep food in the fridge or in zip tight bags..

↬The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property.
↬The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.

↬TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
Must be (over 21 years of age) to book this property all bookings made under this age limit will be cancled and no refunds will be issued as its a breach of the booking terms and conditions.

↬No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum
4 guests allowed on this property.

↬NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.

↬PARKING: is available off and on street no reserve parking.

↬GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden and or off the veranda.

↬PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.

↬KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.

↬SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.

↬TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
↬The tenants agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating. Dishes need to be washed, dried, and put away, rubbish is to be taken out. Extra cleaning fees will apply (min $200.00) if extra cleaning is required.

Perfect for what we needed

A couple of nights reprieve after travelling thousands of kms in a truck and working. Close to everything we needed, even lucky enough to park the truck outside our apartment - the hills a killer in the heat but we loved the vibe of Airlie and wished we could have stayed longer. Room was clean and tidy and comfy bed.
