"Staff are vey attentive, polite and respectful. It is a very relaxing place to stay, peaceful, beautiful and clean throughout the Hall. Rooms are a very good size and very clean. We never tried the restaurant but if the standard of meals from the bar/grill, which we had, are anything to go by, I have no doubt they will also be delicious. Breakfast excellent range of choice and again delicious. We have previously had afternoon tea here and Highly recommend it and also staying here. Great stop...

"Lovely stay as always. Room is a good size, clean, comfortable and plenty of tea, coffee etc. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the local kippers. Food in the evening was lovely and chips best we've tasted and a good atmosphere in the bar in the evening. Handy for so many beautiful places in the area both coastal and inland and of course the gorgeous Staithes where the accommodation is situated which has amazing walks."

"Room was okay, but only that. The room was clean and tidy, however the bed was very creaky, not ideal if you were planning to have a romantic weekend!! Shower wasn’t the most powerful and the shower head was fixed in position with a cable tie, so no adjustment. On a positive note, the pub food was good and the Theakston ales on the bar are very well kept "

"Lovely friendly welcome and very attentive. Rooms are in the middle of being decorated however that doesn't detract from the comfort or amazing views. Good location for the train station 🙂 Liked the pack in the room with the story of Beggar's Bridge, we had a walk down to it after a delicious breakfast and ended up carrying along through the woods. "Absolutely loved our stay here. Wildgoose cottage is lovely and we enjoyed every minute there. Living in a terraced house on an estate it was so amazing to stay here with such beautiful surroundings. To look out of the window and see deer, rabbits, pheasants and the horses in the field at the back. The cottage is clean and comfortable and fully equipped."
