We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Ouzoud Falls, and the view from our room overlooking the waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking! The room was beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the bathroom. Thankfully, the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, so we kept the door closed after each use to minimize the smell. Aside from this issue, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We especially loved the hotel's location in the heart of a traditional Berber village. The hotel also offered local tours, and we enjoyed a memorable donkey ride through the mountains and surrounding areas. Despite the bathroom odor, we truly enjoyed our stay. The spectacular views, warm hospitality, and unique cultural experiences made it a memorable visit!

Wonderful base to explore from.....

Quick check in/out. Friendly and helpful staff... Beautiful room near the pool. Traditionally decorated ... Wonderful breakast served on the roof amazing views or downstairs with AC. Parking available a short walk away but staff helped with cases ....Definitely recommend

The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate all aspects- common areas, more staff, upgrades etc. if ever a reputable operator takes over this property it could be world class !

Nicely located near the Ouzoud waterfall. Beautiful property. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had a balcony view of the waterfall. Dinner and breakfast were good as well.

Ascenseur principal en panne. Ascenseur de service dangereux, la porte ne se ferme pas. Absence de parking. Tarif restaurant trop cher. Le SPA était fermé. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner copieux et la salle propre. Piscine de la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les cascades.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour observer les chutes. Personnel disponible et s'ajuste a la clientèle. Lors de notre passage (septembre 2025) il y avait très peu de clients, les coussins pour les chaises longues extérieures n'étaient pas disponibles, les couloirs étaient sombres (les lumières étaient fermés dû au peu de client). Le signal du wifi dans les chambres était très faible ou inaccessible. Nous devions aller dans le lobby de l'hôtel pour avoir le signal.

Super accueil, personnel super sympa, magnifique établissement avec une vue époustouflante ! Chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, propreté, tout y était. Petit bémol sur le petit-déjeuner qui pourrait-être meilleur, serveur cependant très sympa et accueillant. Nous reviendrons in sha Allah avec plaisir ! Et je recommande.
