“This place was super cute and you can tell it was recently updated. The room itself is super clean, stocked with all the goods you would find in a larger hotel and check-in/out is quick & easy. It doesn’t seem like it, but this place is walkable to the downtown Aitkin stretch (roughly 30 minute walk). we were able to check out some cute shops and grab a bite from a cute local spot. ”

“Quintessential lake vacation. Pools were very nice. Billy- from the beach cabana answered all our questions and had great stories. Beach and docks are accessible and fun. Too windy to use one of the various boats available. Breakfast in the restaurant was tasty with friendly servers. Room in the lodge was basic but nice. Great for families or a get away.”

“have stayed in motel in past, average but not issues. Won't be back: key card replaced 3 times for room, still needed staff master to get into room. TV remote not working - replaced w 2 others..to get volume. Battery checks, on remote and door access would be good. Bkfst - no coffee, no time to wait. other guests were vendors like me for Oktoberfest- Ruttgers. Many expressed dissatisfaction. Good location, reasonable in the past. No more for future. will drive further to find new motel. ”
