不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Getting into the room was a real challenge, and even finding the building was as well since the address comes up Maps with a different street name. The owner sent instructions for the lockbox to get the keys, but I had never seen a device like that so I did not understand how to open it or that the keys were inside. I had to call him using international minutes and he seemed annoyed with me, but he did come to help me and this was around 9 PM and it was quite cold.
The owner changed my room at the last minute to accommodate my daughter staying with me for one night, which gave me two twin beds but it was a ground floor room, which was actually below the ground floor and so had no view at all. The shutters could not physically even be opened. The shower only had hot water for 2 to 3 minutes, so I could either wash my hair or shave my legs, but not both. There was a leak under the bathroom sink that dripped the entire time into a bucket that may have been left for that purpose, but I had to make sure it was positioned just so in order to catch all the water that was dripping. The very worst part was, I couldn’t find a bad smell until I finally found that the kitchen trashcan had old trash in it and also about 2 to 3 inches of disgusting black water. I cleaned it with the dish soap that was in the kitchen, but I almost vomited in the process because it was so disgusting. The owner was apologetic and the location was convenient, had good heaters, and the price was good.
