Charming house with swimming pool & pétanque - 6 people

Beautiful house of 165 square meters located between city and countryside in Aix en Provence.
The property has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people (including 2 to 4 adults), a secure private pool and a room transformed into a child / teen area with TV screen (with a very comfortable bed / bench)
 You have a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with pool and garden furniture, a patio with barbecue, a large master bedroom (20m2) with walk-in shower, and a bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms, 2 for children with single bed and 1 with double bed 160 cm. Internet connection, private parking and many leisure facilities such as a ping-pong table, bicycles .. Ideal for a family with children, the house is located on a fenced and access to the pool is secure (security glass barriers and glass door). You can reach the city center within minutes and access to many shops, markets and restaurants. A foot in less than 5 minutes you will find primeur, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, wine shop and newsagent.
You also have the opportunity to go for walks in the countryside, to visit the local castles (Lacoste, Beaupré etc ...) or have fun in a water park. The sea is not far either, Cassis, St Cyr sur Mer, Bandol or Sanary but also the creeks, Marseille or the Blue Coast are 30 minutes.

Avons passé un excellent séjour à Aix-en-Provence dans la maison de Fabienne. La maison est bien équipée, décorée avec goût et idéalement située, au calme, proche de toutes commodités. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le patio, idéal pour se détendre !Une adresse que je recommande vivement.
