Friendly staff, clean and great location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. The free parking was a great bonus. The location of the hotel was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Nettes Personal, gesicherter Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet aber relativ klein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral beim Bahnhof und in das Zentrum der Altstadt ist es zu Fuss 5 Minuten.

Um bom hotel para poucos dias

É um hotel muito bem localizado. Ficamos apenas uma noite. Lençóis e travesseiros excelentes e ar condicionado perfeito. Para o padrão a que se propõe é um hotel. Tem estacionamento, mas nypara a totalidade dos hospedes. Precisa reservar com antecedência e o site Hoteis.com não informa sobre isso. Equipe muito acolhedora e simpática.

Accueil chaleureux à la réception. Chambre petite mais agreable avec petit balcon, table et 2 chaises, salle de bains moderne bien équipée. Buffet petit déjeuner propose un choix très varié , le meilleur depuis longtemps. Bien situé géographiquement. On y reviendra.

Très décevant pour un 4*

Les chambres sont bien, sdb aussi, mais: les isolations avec la rue sont déplorables (on profite de tous les bruits de la rue honnêtement), le service de de nuit est déplorable, le bar idem, et la salle de petit déjeuner est ultra-bruyante: on se croirait à proximité du lave-vaisselle! Bref, passez votre route

Cet hotel annoncé 4* n'en mérite même pas 3 : état propreté médiocre (trace de café sur les rideaux...), chambre vieillissante et très mal insonorisée, literie de mauvaise qualité, douche avec de l'eau chaude pendant 2 minutes puis tiède et complètement froide, serviettes de toilettes de très mauvaise qualité, connexion wifi inexistante...

Great location next to bus station and old town. Not too noisy, even with train tracks nearby. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Would be good to add security cameras to hallways. AC/heat control in rooms appears to be disabled unless you make a special request to the front desk. No screens on windows, so mosquitoes can be a problem at night if you want the windows open.

バスターミナル周辺という事で治安を気にしてましたが、全く不安はありませんでした。中心部は全て徒歩圏内でとても便利。 強いて言えば、人数分のカップが準備できてなかった事くらいです。

The team were very helpful indeed and couldn’t do enough for us. Recommend this hotel if you want something stress free when visiting Aix. We like an apartment usually but this was ideal for our short stay as we were moving on to Avignon the next day

Hotel confortable et très bien situé

Un hotel confortable et très bien situé. Du personnel souriant et aimable. Un parking privatif mais vite plein et en plein soleil. La chambre était petite mais confortable. La literie est assez bonne. Seul bémol, le fait d'avoir été situé juste à la sortie des escaliers/asccenceur fait qu'on entendait un peu les gens qui restaient à discuter. L'ensemble est donc plutot bon. Le seul bémol est sur le petit déjeuner. Certes il y a du choix, beaucoup de choix même, mais pour 21€ on s'attendrait quand même à des produits frais artisanal et non de la grande distribution comme du pain frais du boulanger (idem pour les viennoiseries). C'est un peu cher pour la qualité, même si cela reste bon et diversitfié, cela ne devrait pas dépasser les 18€/personne.
