I really liked the apartment and enjoyed my stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the apartment itself has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, nice couch, large rooms, lovely furniture. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly. I can fully recommend this apartment.

A well located apartment which is spacious and has great views from the large balcony and is as pictured. 15 min walk to lake and centre of the village with good choice of restaurants and cafes, we would recommend Auguste. Communication clear and prompt with secure parking in gated apartment block which is also very quiet. Would recommend.

L ' immeuble se situe dans un beau parc verdoyant . L' appartement est trÚs propre , vaste et trÚs bien équipé . De plus , la terrasse sur laquelle nous pouvons nous restaurer est trÚs confortable , face au jardin et à la montagne . TrÚs belle location idéalement située à mi distance du lac du Bourget et du centre d 'Aix le Bains . Fatima ( conciergerie ) nous a trÚs bien accueillis et est trÚs disponible . Nous recommandons fortement .

Appartement impeccable, bien conçu, Fatima qui nous a montré l'appartement est au top. Comme l'immeuble se trouve dans un immense parc, pas de bruit venant de la rue principale. Le lac du Bourget est superbe, mais nous avons moins aimé la ville. Par contre la population est agréable
