“We stayed for two weeks at the Luxury Apartments. Our initial one‑bedroom ground‑floor unit had a few issues, including a noise nuisance. We raised this with Medrick, who promptly moved us to a duplex with a pool view—a huge improvement. The complex is modern and well kept, and Medrick’s service was excellent. Notes for future guests: if breakfast shows as included, it doesn’t automatically cover the on‑site restaurant; there’s a 150 GHS per‑person allowance and anything above that is payable.……

He was very attentive and listened to any minor concerns I may have had. He is an absolute credit to his industry that he works in, along with the other members of staff. My hotel suite was superb, very very clean. The whole hotel looks stunning.. I came to Ghana, Accra in particular in 2024 and my experience then was dismal and very negative.……
