Fabulous deal for the money...with reservations

This is a great little apartment with a great view. Small but nice size for two. BUT, you will have to do a lot of hiking and climbing unless you have a car. The climb to the fourth floor is worth it for the view but there is a lot of climbing up the hill before. And the municipality of Aiacciu has withdrawn the local 2bis bus route and replaced it with a more expensive tourist bus number 5 from DeGaulle square. We bought a carnet of bus tickets only to be told by the driver that the city buses no longer go there! Not the owner's fault but it means either paying the higher fare or a 50 minute walk each way to and from the city. The Spar (nearest supermarket) is a little far and pricey...easier if you take the small path above the cemetery instead of going by the main road. Also, just beware there is no internet. In short, if you are happy with a lot of walking and don't require internet, this is as good a deal as you'll find anywhere. Spectacular views.

nous avons séjourné à Ajaccio. L’appartement est extrêmement bien placé les propriétaires sont très très très très gentils. la vue est splendide . Petit bémol appart au 4 eme sans ascenseur et déco un peu rustique . Sinon je conseille à 100%

Bel appartement sur la route des îles sanguinaires

Appartement très propre, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles sanguinaires. Petit bémol pour les 4 étages sans ascenseur mais ça se fait. Environnement très calme. Nous avons apprécié cette tranquillité. Je recommande cet hôte et cet appartement.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Merci beaucoup pour vôtre bienveillance Mr Le Goff!!! Tout été parfait mise a part peut-être la cuisine qui mériterait d'être refaite car très peu pratiques si l'on commence à vouloir cuisiner. Pour le reste, nous avons passé un très agréables séjour!!!

Panorama à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet appartement très fonctionnel situé aux pieds des plages et de petits commerces. La vue de la terrasse est imprenable… une pépite !

Séjour très agréable, très belle vue

Appartement très bien localisé avec une vue incroyable depuis le balcon assurant des très beaux moments. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l’écoute ! Séjour réalisé sans voiture, cela est possible mais il est à noter que si vous souhaitez vous rendre à Ajaccio (port par exemple) le matin des 8h il vous faudra marcher 1h car pas de bus si matinaux. Grand merci pour ce séjour.

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon wie erhofft so bekommen

Alles super vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man darf allerdings keine Probleme mit herbem Pfeifentabaksgeruch vom rechten Nachbarn haben. War der einzige Makel, aber da kann unser Vermieter ja nichts dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Ns avons passé une semaine magnifique et bien profité de cette terrasse avec une vue splendide. Très facile de se déplacer en utilisant les bus. Dommage que certains voisins ns ont empêché de dormir ils étaient très bruyants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et donne des renseignements sur ce qu'il y a à faire en Corse. Attention toutefois, il y a 4 étages à monter et pas d'ascenseur

Juste parfait

Le propriétaire est très carré et nous a communiqué toutes les informations pour le séjour ainsi que pour ce qu'il faut voir et visiter jusqu'au restaurant ou le stand dans le marché d'Ajaccio où vous trouverez de la charcuterie Corse avec des cochons élevés en Corse. Plus de quatre pages de riches conseils... C'est plus que parfait en plus qu'il se soucie si votre séjour se déroule bien. L'appartement a été repeint et possède tout ce dont on a besoin en vacances. Le volume des pièces est très agréable, et la vue est exceptionnelle, la mer à perte de vue de l'Est à l'Ouest on en prend plein les yeux c'est la détente assurée. Merci

Magnifique vue sur le golfe d ajaccio

Dix jours en Corse en arriere saison avec le beau temps. Petit dejeuner terrasse,Les balades la journee et le soir la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Petit bémol appartement au 4eme etage donc déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité reduite. .beaux souvenirs.

Superbe séjour sur une semaine où il a fait très très chaud ! Le logement est très propre et les conseils de Christian sur les coins à visiter depuis le logement sont très utiles. Avec cette météo la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue.. Mais nous le savions en réservant. Je recommande sans hésiter

C'était haut les escaliers !

L'appartement était assez bien avec une terrasse XXL mais l'annonce ne mentionnait pas que l'appartement se trouvait au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous qui avons plus de 70 ans et un handicap à la marche, c'était un exploit sportif et l'arrivée au sommet était un vrai soulagement. Nous avons eu aussi un problème avec la douche où l'écrou de raccordement était fendu.
