“Lo mejor es el entorno, frente a la playa y rodeado de campo. Las instalaciones de la urbanización, pista de tenis, piscina y jardines, complemento perfecto. Alejado del ruido y del tráfico. Un lavado de cara vendría bien al apartamento, se notan los años.”

“The kitchen definitely lacks of a dishwasher and a little bit more pots and pans would have been appreciated.The coffee machine leaks and would need to be replaced.The smell of the farm nearby can be very strong but not as much as the one coming from the bathroom of the parental suite. I suggest the owner to ask a plumber to look at what is wrong there.Besides these small defect,s we spent 10 very nice days in this place.It is ideally situated, 10 mn away from the highway and 10mn away from……

“First, "constructive feedback". It was not clear how we would check in actually, and where that would be which we assumed at the property, but a quick call and that was put right. The disappointing bit, and it doesn't need to be, was identifying how to get to your room and actually identify it. We were given two bunches of keys with wooden tabs identifying a number which we assumed was the room number. there was little explanation as to what to look for and how to go about the process..... we……

“Hemos pasado aqui unos 10 dias con la familia. El apartamento está genial , la ubicación es perfecta para estar cerca de la playa durante el dia, y tener mucha tranquilidad por la noche. Por decir algunna cosa: Deberian revisar y arreglar/substituir la caldera, porque no funciona bien y es un fasitidio. Tambien las bombillas de las luces, hay varias que no funcionan o no iluminan ya suficiente. Un poco de mantenimiento básica del apartamento, pero que esta bien igualmente.”

“Apartamento tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy cerca de la playa. Muy buenas vistas. Ideal para ir con nuestro perro.”

“Buena ubicación. Limpieza correcta, aunque la vitrocerámica estaba sin limpiar. La mampara de la ducha no cierra bien. Los dispensadores de gel y champú no funcionan. Los útiles de cocina justos, pero bien. Si buscas playa, es ideal, a dos minutos andando tienes la playa. A la puerta hay parada de bus para moverte por Santander.”
