“Great spot in Akaroa just past the lighthouse. The house was very well set up with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. When we arrived the fire was already going and there was milk and chocolate in the fridge for us. The location was quiet and private. The driveway was not the easiest to navigate and found parking at the cemetery and then a short walk was easiest for us.Giving two thumbs up for this property and would recommend. Many thanks”

“We loved the views and really enjoyed Lyttleton and the surrounding areas. The grounds around the house are very unique and beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need and more. ”

“Clean, tidy and warm house, that gave our family enough room to be together and separate as needed. Short walks to shops and the waterfront, so well situated. There were a couple of things we missed that I thought would be standard, like dishcloths and a coffee plunger in the kitchen (we bought one), and games/jigsaws in the living room. Can I also suggest a refresh of the dreadful artwork in the house, which is reminiscent of garage sale leftovers; and that the very scruffy garden swing seat be……
