"The location of the hotel is super close to Tokyo Station, going anywhere in tokyo became much easier.
The room is not as spacious as I expected, definitely try a bigger room next time. The view is unbeatable, the hotel locate exactly the north of all the tracks, giving u an excellent view at day and night. Bed is fantastic along with the pillow, I myself often have sleep issue and I bring along with my personal pillow when travel, but this hotel's bed and pillow just fit right in, thx for the good sleep!!
The blanket is something have to compliant, I think the isolation layer is too good so half way in the night I sweat alot, end up I turn up the temperature and not using the blanket then no sweat again.
Washing machine is nice to have but the clock on the machine is not showing correctly, at the beginning the machine said counting down for 200 minutes, 5 minute later, it still say 200 minutes, not sure why it take so long to activate, but it complete its job.
The hallway is way too dark, i hope it light up better, however the smell of the hallway is fantastic, I like that.
The walking distance is far from the elevator to your room if your room located at the south side of the building.
Customer service are great, people at the front desk are super helpful and cleaner of each floor are super polite.
All in all i recommend this hotel, stay ing at tokyo station and everywhere became closer, your schedule and plans becomes much managable and fruitful."
