"무난한 느낌의 숙소. 호스트가 안내를 상세하게 잘 해줘서 좋았음. 주변 역까지 10분정도 걸어야하고 화장실은 조금 좁지만 혼자나 둘이서 여행할 때는 꽤 괜찮은 숙소인듯. 아 그리고 방음 진짜 괜찮았던게 숙소 건물에 나밖에 없는걸로 착각할정도. 그리고 본인은 숙소에서 나와서 어딘가로 이동하는 일정이라 주변에 인프라가 없어도 괜찮았음. 다음에도 도쿄에서의 숙소는 이곳으로 할 예정"

"Keio Plaza Hotel was a lovely stay. Our room was incredibly spacious, it was a lovely surprise. The onsite coin laundry facilities were very helpful, alongside the 7/11 in the building. A short walk from Shinjuku station and associated network of transport. Staff were very lovely. We didn't utilise the breakfast buffet but will note the queues for the restaurants were incredibly long when we walked past so do factor that into your morning routine."

"The hotel is very western style and has only western style food offered at the hotel. The hotel is in a very lively area, but is dangerous. When walking back from dinner I got approached by 3 men who started harassing me in English and trying to grab me. The men were other foreigners who I think were trying to rob or harm me. Be careful. If your going to Japan to experience Japan and Japanese culture, I do not recommend this hotel. The people who work here are not not Japanese, the hotel is not Japanese style, the people staying here are not Japanese, and they don't offer Japanese food or drinks, (the have starbucks in the lobby). It's like you're not even in Japan. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The style of the hotel reminded me of Las Vegas hotels. Also, checking in and out took forever, just like large Las Vegas American hotels. Room was clean, and view was good though."

"The rooms were small but that is probably typical for the area. The rooms are in need of refurbishing as the carpet seemed a bit worn and aged. Location is great if you want to be in the thick of Shibuya right above Shibuya crossing. Next time we will stay further out as it wasn’t the best choice for our family."

"The staff were extremely helpful and the location was excellent. The only problem we ran into was with this hotel, you have to leave your key in the room in order to have electricity so if we left for the day and wanted to charge our devices while we were gone, we had to get an extra room key. The staff were very accommodating with this request though."
