The shower/sink /toilet areas were clean, bedding was very comfortable. The building, public lounges and rooms all felt safe. "We liked the location of this rental. It was near downtown without being too noisy. The home itself was a bit worn down, but it did what we needed it to do for the most part, and it wasn't as expensive as many other options. Not much in the way of kitchen facilities. We liked having 3 separate bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. They were also very helpful getting back an item of clothing that we left behind. "

Please note that this site is very close to the regional airport where the tourist helicopters depart from, so there is quite a lot of noise during the day. This didn't bother us too much, and all the benefits of the establishment itself being quiet compensated for the airport noise.
