Parking lot needs some tlc BUT security is important here! Clean but not every attention to detail is important here. no outlet covers no hair dryer but clean and safe and decent price for a night away to see a concert at the beautiful Akron civic theatre and be greet at at hotel with a cute Doberman dog behind desk seals the deal for me!!!

Good value
This was a great hotel for the price. The staff was very courteous and accommodating to our two small dogs. Our room was clean and warm, even though the outside temperature was in the single digits. Breakfast sandwiches and muffins were available for heating in the morning and the location was convenient to all the venues for our grandchildren's Futsal tournament. We would stay again.

The bed was awful and put on a metal box frame so noisy and hard, no hot water in am, and plumbing and builing so old and nasty, do your self a favor and go somewhere else, this hotel is worth about 40 bucks a night

I was nervous about staying at this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but there were good reviews also so thought I would try it. Check in was easy and the person working was friendly. The room had been recently renovated and was clean and quiet. Some things were left out of the renovations such as bathroom ceiling tiles, trim, and outlets. Overall it looked nice. It took at least ten minutes for the water to get hot in the shower and so a lot of water was wasted, which was sad. Breakfast was what I expected for this type of hotel with prepackaged sandwiches, cold cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, waffles, etc. My only concern was getting hot water for the instant oatmeal and hot tea. It looked like you would have to microwave water in a styrofoam cup, and there was no one available to ask for an alternate method. I would stay here again.

Great solo stay
The Room took a very long time to heat up and was quite cold for at least 8 hrs. Once the room was nice and warm everything else was perfect. Clean and sanitized. The bathroom had Really nice soap and shampoo dispensers. Functional microwave and fridge. Beautiful color aesthetic, and friendly accommodating staff. Overall amazing stay.

Cheap rates but we got what we paid for! Bed was too small to sleep in with spouse. Headboard was dirty. Water took a long time to warm up in shower. Breakfast sandwich was moldy. Good value but we won’t stay there again!

My son and I were traveling from Montreal to Arkansas and decided we needed to stop for the night. The price was right and the property wasn't bad overall. I gave it three stars as it is an average motel. Check in was easy even though we arrived at 4:00 a.m. . The room was quiet and we were able to get some sleep before moving on. There was a listing that stated a breakfast was provided, however, this consisted of a very limited number of items. There was two types of cereal for kids and some toastable items, and some rice krispie treats. We decided to go for the Rice krispie treats.

The room, bed, shower, fridge were all clean. The heater, fridge, and all lights worked fine. Bed was comfy. The dining and common areas were clean. The building needs some work but I’d certainly stay here again because it was clean and the price was a great value.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was a really nice first experience! The hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming, and they offered a nice breakfast in the morning. My room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. I did not have any issues during my stay.

I was caught off guard when there were no phones in the room..then when I took a shower there were only two towels, for a 2 person room when most holets give 3, just in case...then there were no hair dryer...I know these are trivial things but in all the experience was great...

The lobby makes a striking first impression. The desk clerk was very helpful and most willing to freeze blue ice for our cooler. The continental breakfast had the typical offerings, but they were above average in the brand quality, for instance, Bob Evans breakfast sandwiches to be heated in the microwave and Apple and Eve apple juice in individual bottles and Otis Spunkmeyer muffins.

Bedbugs, stay away, horribly dirty property. Filthy disgusting staff members, beware I saw bed bugs and have bites. This place should be shut down. Health department has been notified. Dogs running lose off leash.

When I read reviews I take great consideration in to what other people have to say. This hotel is a great hotel and priced great too. There is a mini fridge, working tv, and hot water. Beds were comfortable and cliantel was good as well. Front desk night and morning, excellent. Good choices of packaged and hot food for breakfast. Will stay here again! Keep up the good work!

Hell on earth
This place should be condemned. I stayed in the nastiest hotel room of my life here. I can't begin to describe one detail without being upset. Just imagine going to stay the night in the worst ally in the worst city on earth... That is the only way I can describe this crime of a property

The room was nice and clean. You could tell there were some updates made to the room, but it's definitely still in progress. The breakfast was pretty impressive given the rates.
