For me to comment, it has to be terrible! The check in office has boxes laying around and looked very disheveled. When we went through the security door, it smelled so bad. Our room smelled terribly of cat pee and the beds were terrible. I liked that people there were friendly.

It was one of the cleanest places we've been in a long time. I was suprised how much space was in the rooms, which made it more comfortable. We had three people in our room and didn't feel crowded, even though we set up a camping cot so we didn't have to share beds. The staff were also friendly and accepting to us and other people we saw in challenging situations. The shower ws big enough to turn around comfortably! (I have 22" shoulders and have often had trouble turning around in hotel showers.) Room for improvement would be that the burners were a little finicky and we needed more towels to start, but we got towels as soon as we asked and there weren't real complaints. I was suprised how much noise was kept out too. A screaming match started in the hallway but with the door closed even our light sleepers were able to sleep through it.

Staff was never at the front desk and the whole building and outside was terribly nasty dirty. I was there 3 months, paying every Friday for 1 week....someone at the front desk messed up my Booking registration and I ended up getting the police 🚔 called on me and kicked out

Upon checking in, there no one @ the front desk. After waiting 5-6 minutes. I called the front desk number listed on the counter. I recieved a very rude response. . When he finally arrived he indifferent and no apology. Further my wife is handicapped. I asked the front desk if possible would you assign a room near the front entrance. He ignored my request and assigned a room way in the back of the long hall. Later I went bask to the front desk as we were low on TP, and again the gentlemen was no were to be found. Will think twice before stay @ another extended stay.

Good hotel for my needs. No desk at night and in morning. I left early in the morning. Felt I needed to call in to make sure I was checked out. Would be helpful to have a touch screen for check out or even a key dropoff.
