"This place was above and beyond my expectations. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect for someone who wants a peaceful stay by the sea. The hosts Angelo and Angela are incredible. I called Angela my fairy godmother, there was absolutely nothing she couldn’t fix or help with. "Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view. Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves. Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some central bar where you can have a drink or have a chat with people. Used the Flow bar once but the staff couldn't be bothered to come back to serve us so after 10mins of waiting we got up and left. Service was hit and miss and for the money you pay i would expect better for a 5 star hotel"

"The property is quaint and attractive, and the pool and backyard are beautiful. It is in a scenic area, and Zakynthos is an amazing island. Our host, Aliki, was very pleasant. She met us at the property, walked us through the home, explained everything, and encouraged us to call if we needed anything.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but future guests should be aware of a few issues. The house was not quite as clean as we expected, and it smelled of cigarette smoke whenever we entered, especially if windows had been shut. There were also dogs barking around the property throughout the day and night, which made sleeping difficult.The home provides very few basic supplies. There was no shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, or laundry detergent, so guests should bring or purchase these items.The location is peaceful and pretty, but it is about a 1.5-mile walk to Zakynthos Town, with a substantial uphill walk on the return. A rental car is strongly recommended for anybody who doesn't like to walk!This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous outdoor area and a welcoming host, but the cleanliness, smoke smell, barking dogs, limited supplies, and location kept it from being a five-star stay for us."

"We met the owner just 2 mins down the road and followed her back, great idea as you wouldn't have found it without her.Large property, beds really comfy, short on cups only four. Could have done with a couple more.fully air conditioned. Pool was lovely.lots of seating to be had outside.now for the confusion. The pictures are of the villa next door, (i think)very similar so no worries, but there is no sunshade bed outside . Regret there is alot of dog noise of an evening, im assuming a stray starts barking somewhere then the dogs next door bark, it does go quiet, but for me it was a nuisance, i am a light sleeper. All communication with the owner was great. And she is lovely, nothing is too much and she responds very quickly. We had a lovely week, we would recommend it."

"Beautiful villa, for a large family or group. 20-30 minute walk to many restaurants.It is spread out over four floors, but has a lift, steps up to the main pool area and steps into the pool, but other than that very accessible.Beautiful view of the sea. Great hosts, cleaned regularly, Lovely bar over the road for great cocktails,Portofino, restaurant close by was not very good, very poor service and food,but plenty of good places to eat in the square and surrounding streets."
