“I had to stay in Aktau another week but had to leave my hotel (which was fully booked). I chose the Silk Way Hotel because it was REALLY well-recommended on Orbitz. What a mistake! If I could give this place “0” stars, that would STILL be too good! Why did other travelers not smell the carpets in the halls and in the room – which smell like sweaty dogs?
