Nice house and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is set up well with having everyone a bit spread out. This gives each are it's own privacy. We had 10 of us in there and it never felt crowded. Great location makes it easy to walk into Akumal beach, the restaurants, and of course my favorite beach bar La Buena Vida is very close. The pool was great and clean. Kitchen was well appointed. We had a private chef come over 2 different nights and they had everything they needed for some great meals. Only complaint was the amount of ants inside the house. Lots of little ants all over the kitchen and a bunch of bigger red ants in the bathroom attached to the bedroom off the kitchen. Bit of a pain but nothing that would ruin our stay, Beautiful views from the observation deck. I would stay here again.
