“Room was clean, staff was extremely kind and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with so many different tastes.”

“Facilities are rather new,but water temperature is not consistent. Communication between front desk and housekeeping was a kind of slow!”

“For two of us (married) the room was small by our normal standards in the USA. But…TV had 5+ English channels, shower in the corner was good with hot water, and small refrig served our needs. I would have liked a breakfast area but Aroma Coffee is 30 steps from the front door. No elevator and first rooms start on the 2nd floor. There was at least another floor above us.”

“We thought this was an extremely engaging family owned boutique hotel with rooms of different sizes, little kitchenettes. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The hotel did not provide a meal options.Therefore, I have no rating for that. We are looking to go back as a bigger family as our home base for some family celebrations coming up”

“Excellent service, allowed early check-in due to early flight and prepare breakfast box for the early day tour. Very helpful staff and pleasant experience staying there. The hotel is located the old city, close to Zion gate.”
