“The rooms are like the photos shown on expedia. The AC works really good in the Arabia heat. Check in and check out time was very flexible. The rooms were spacious. Stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Good for small families, 4 adults 1 or 2 children. Only downside is al bawadi area is on the dirtier side. Also wifi was unreliable (I think this is common in Saudi). The building and room itself was excellent.”

“The way they handled my booking turned into an argument! I provided booking confirmation and they couldn't find it until they contacted someone else to help but were very argumentative!
Secondly, the young guy who handles the service to the room was very rude and unpleasant to deal with asking simply for towels! ”
