“This is a good value hotel in a convenient location - with easy driving access to Muscat airport, city centre, beaches and Al Mouj harbour. There is a large mall and numerous Asian restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, well managed and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was a highlight - lots of choice for breakfast. We had the evening buffet and found it was good value with many options. The rooftop pool was welcome after a day……

“Empfehlenswert! Wer sich erholen will...hier wird einem jeder Wunsch erfüllt, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Schöne Pools, sauberes Meer, ein ordentliches Dampfbad, sehr gutes Frühstück, geräumiges Zimmer ...uuuund es war ruhig. Man muss ein Taxi nehmen, um rumzukommen, aber genau das suchen wir: Ruhe!... und kein Ramba-Zamba Nachtleben. Ausflüge in die Umgebung kann man über verschiedene Anbieter extra buchen, alle sehr interessant.”

“Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect. I have stayed many 5* hotels but this furnished 2BHK apartment is excellent value for money, clean, good wifi, room service, clean toilets close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants surrounding etc. people should be realistic for what they pay &what they expect rather criticize otherwise. To me it was best stay with big family on holidays to muscat,……

“Really great value, slightly odd location by the motorway which made walking to anywhere tricky, and tired fixtures and fittings (and noisy air con), but the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size with a desk/dressing table and armchair and coffee table, plus a small balcony, the soundproofing was great, the water pressure was decent, the wifi was reliable and the bed was comfy - and within easy taxi reach of everywhere - all in all incredible value.”
