“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.”

“Except one small issue in the room which was it seems water drainage pipeline passing through the wall, constant water noise was nuisance when there is no other noise inside the room it was pretty inconvenient for a sound sleep. “Wonderful room and service! We were upgraded due to availability, which was a beautiful surprise as it was our first Umrah. Our Room had some view of Masjid Al Haram’s courtyard. It was truly a blessing. We could hear prayers in the room, which was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The golf cart system to the Haram from the hotel was so helpful! Would definitely stay there again. ”

“Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service.
The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful.
I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean. ”
