Unfortunately I sent them a note that I am coming with my wife, but the gave us 2 small beds. Also the receptionist during check in wasn't up to the standard of welcoming guests. The food and appearance is very nice.

Hol Inn @ Al Jubail - a real Gem in this franchise

A fabulous little hotel. The staff were fantastic from front desk, to restaurant, housekeeping and travel. Bedroom was a good size with a good view of the surrounding area. Bedroom challenges: The air cooling system is a tad noisy and the speed of servicing the room could be improved. Each day upon return from work (after 5pm) the room had still not been serviced which meant hanging out in the lounge when all I wanted was to rest a bit after a tiring day at work. Once alerted, the room was serviced swiftly Sahab and Abdullah were always welcoming at reception and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Restaurant staff were truly amazing. Friendly, welcoming and efficient without being intrusive. The food was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the various flavours and variety. Rana, our driver was brilliant. Courteous, completely reliable, timely and extremely efficient. Overall ALL the staff my colleagues and I encountered were just fantastic. This Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail, is by far the BEST I have stayed at. It certainly beats other Holiday Inn hotels hands-down. Given that this is not a chain I frequent due to several negative experiences, I would have NO HESITATION in recommending Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail.

This hotel is new and I consider best of Jubail hotel. New accommodation, furniture, good restaurant and variety of breakfast product, friendly environment.
