"Super hotel"

"The air-conditioning that can be heard very loud in the reception lobby can be heard even louder in the room all through the night, it sounded like the road was being dug up by jackhamners. Also in room 310 we heard the lift announcements all through the night "level 5 doors opening, "doors closing", not a good night sleep."

"Clean room and new style Amazing attitude and customer service from hotel manager Ted and reception staff Haifa, Shatha and Abdulelah. "

"great staff, great hotel, and convenient location. Breakfast is really good with plenty of options. Staff are super friendly."

"Room had worn carpet and outside noise from very busy traffic even though room was at top of hotel . Reception girl when booking in was very nice and helpful and breakfast was excellent with an extensive range of options . Biggest negative was that , even though close to KAFD and the Metro train , you cant walk there and you have to use Uber/taxi/drive and obviously the same when returning to hotel from day out , so even though uber fares were cheap enough , visitors must factor this into their trip . "
