「Il n’y avait à peu près aucun service et l’endroit était peu accessible」

「This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Throughout the night there was constant noise from people in the alleyway outside, packing up market goods into suitcases and making a lot of noise. It was impossible to sleep. I had booked three nights but left after just one because the noise made it unbearable. I would never stay here again and strongly urge others to avoid this hotel if you value a good night’s sleep. 」

「Dirtiest room ever 」

「The shuttle bus time table was not available before we reach the hotel. As a result we waited in the heat for more than 30 mins. The staff could have let us know before we arrive.」

「The hotel's location and internal condition is good, in particular its prime location next to Dubai Mall.」

「Very clean and comfortable room. Helpful and sincere staff. Very close to airport. Highly recommended」

「GOOD」

「Good if you are with family. Room is very nice. The staff is very helpful. Overall is a good experience」
