「Wonderful hotel, staff go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is out of this world and will be very much missed! Don’t fill up on the buffet food immediately though because you will be served a lovely selection to your table and can then add from there. Jacuzzi room was divine. We would definitely recommend this hotel and might be back in future years. Access to hotel is on a cobbled Street so, suitable footwear is advisable. Alacati and the hotel sits on a very picturesque street....

「Quite possibly the most stylish and perfectly-formed hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The site is stunning - incredible pool area, the bar / dining / meeting area all-in-one is relaxing and functional / luxurious at the same time. The rooms are spacious and trendy without losing any functionality. The staff go above and beyond always. The breakfast is incredible. And all of that just a 5-10 minute walk to old town Alacati which is similarly stunning. It’s hard to picture a more perfect setting.」

「Wir waren sechs Nächte hier und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Da wir uns so wohlgefühlt haben, haben wir auch abends dort gegessen. Das Essen war jedes Mal sehr lecker, frisch und alles war sehr sauber. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft und Qualität gelegt wird. Wir können diese Unterkunft...

「Für Alaçatı ist der Standort super. Man kann direkt davor Parken. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab viel Auswahl. Zimmer war OK, da wir Mängel gemeldet haben, diese aber nicht behoben wurden. Auch gab es keine tägliche Reinigung wie vorher angegeben und auch kein Privatstrand mit transfer, wie hier bei der Buchung angegeben.」

「Everything was great overall, except for one issue. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told that they didn’t have anything available other than thin sheets. As a result, I was freezing all night, even after turning off the AC. Providing extra blankets for guests would definitely improve the experience. Also the bath drain wasn't draining properly which caused the accumulation of water in the shower stall」
