「Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream!」

「My wife, daughter, and dogs came down Saturday for a quick 2-day baseball weekend, with the first game originally scheduled for 6:30. But due to weather it got moved up to 1. Although normal check-in wasn’t until 3, David the property owner facilitated an early check-in so we could make the game. He was simply awesome for making it happen and we were greatly appreciative. Oh and kudos to the cleaning crew too - they were super sweet! The home itself served all of our needs and was convenient...

「From outside what looks like a small country cottage inn transforms to the nicest accommodations in the region. Shops and dining are all steps away. The studio has a gourmet kitchen and great bath with amenities. Don’t think about it, stay here for your visit to the Springs or the other Florida.」

The beds were not queen size beds as listed and we were scheduled for 4 days and only had 4 small wash clothes for showering. We purchased some of our own. We did appreciate the washer and dryer on the premises and the temperature was comfortable.」

「We chose this property because of its proximity to the Duck Pond area where our son lives. The kitchen is very small, but it was adequate, since we had Thanksgiving dinner at our son’s house. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with many historic homes, but close enough to downtown to enjoy restaurants, etc.」

「Bright, modern, small apartment. More spacious and quieter than hotel or motels in the area. I stayed there for four nights while doing a diving course. It was very convenient to be walking distance to the restaurants on Main St.」
