"We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues."

Was down for a wedding so really didn’t have much time in the location to do the cooking like normal. But was set up for the ability to cook for a group or from scratch. "This was the perfect place to stay in Gainesville. Quick drive to restaurants, grocery store and UF campus. The neighborhood was peaceful and great for a morning walk. The house is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the bathroom dual shower heads and plenty of countertop space and storage. "The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is...

"My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!"
