“Overall, this house was clean and very convenient for our family visit of 4 people. It was located very close to many restaurants and the tours we had booked. There were several items that needed attention: 1. The property was listed as 3BR/3BA, but there were only 2BA in the house. This wasn't a big problem for 4 of us, but not what we expected. 2. The split AC units in 2 of the bedrooms were not working when we arrived. I contacted Pablo and he had someone out quickly to look it over. Due to……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden was incredible and the lovely family did a little night tour to show us frogs, sleeping birds and other small creatures and plants. In the day we saw many birds. The little side kitchen was nice, and the hostess cooked very good breakfasts of local food, much of which they grew. This was one of our favourite places we stayed in CR. ”

“Secure property walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops in La Fortuna. Very helpful owner who brought us a drying rack on request - we were soaked through with rain! Basic provisions like coffee provided. Only regret is that we didn't have enough time/weather wasn't nice enough to relax and enjoy the pool area.”

“Great place and location. The air conditioning was perfect for Wisconsinites who are not use to the heat! Beds are comfortable. Washer /dryer are a HUGE PLUS and work beautifully! Very kind and helpful host. This place is absolutely perfect for a family with the full kitchen. Our daughter is autistic and she was very comfortable here. The gardens around the house are beautiful and very well kept. We very much enjoyed the restaurant down the street too; the owner was so kind. We hope to come……

“This is the best place my family has ever stayed at. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The hosts were professional and easily available. The house is gorgeous and the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful. The views from the front porch provided ample entertainment, we saw so many different birds and especially loved the toucans.
