This place is awesome!! The friendliest and most helpful staff you ever met and the tents were clean - comfy In a simple way - and the shower/ bathrooms were perfect ! Was just so amazing to be out there spending the night!

This was a last minute booking but everything went smoothly. We booked one of the tents and had to open it to clear out the canvas smell from being shut up all day but the smell cleared out fast. The only thing I would have requested was to be closer to the shared bathrooms. We were as far away as you could get. Bathroom were clean. Hosts were wonderful. S'mores by the campfire in the evening - what's not to like!

Wonderful place to allow everyone to enjoy the outdoors. Rooms were spacious and the view of the sand dunes was pretty. Lots of jack rabbits running around. Staff very friendly. Bathrooms were kept very clean. If you enjoy being in the outdoors this is for you, on windy nights the walls of the rooms do shake and can keep you awake if you are a light sleeper but I wrall I would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future. They also supply s'mores fixings on the evening at a fire pit, they have corn hole, sand volleyball and BBQ areas to fix your own food. Nice place.

Staff were very helpful. The little extras that made the trip easier, like being able to purchase prepared food ready to go on the BBQ, was excellent. Also being able to rent sand boards for the dunes.

Unique camping experience near the Great Sand Dunes. Spacious canvas tents with beds. Friendly staff. We loved the community bonfire and s’mores in the evenings. The to-go lunch packs and grill packs were great meal options. They have sand sled rentals. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Unique and fun for the kids first time glamping. Rent your boards for sandboarding at the dunes near by! Rusti has smores for kids but we could not partake. A little chilly at night and would like more food options. Would stay again!

Wonderful place!

Great place to stay! They made the campfires and scampers each night. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was super nice, breakfast was great, location to the national park was perfect. I would plan on buying a grill packet in advance because that is something we missed and would have enjoyed.

This was a fun novelty stay with my dog. Everyone was friendly. Tents and linens were clean, as well as the bathrooms. My first tent had broken screens that wouldnt zip allowing all the bugs in. And at 5pm there were a TON of gnats a d mosquitos. They were relentless, so the screens were necessary. They graciously found another tent for me though. The bugs lessened after sunset, but if you're one that mosquitos love, you're going to be a buffet. Electronic bug repellent devices, or citronella candles,or anything would have been a nice inclusion. Breakfast is included but is package instant oatmeal or a pre-made small breakfast burrito. Not really worth any extra cost. All in all, this was a fun novelty visit, with really nice views, and close proximity to the dunes. But, for the price, I thought it would be way more "glampy" than it was.
