A lovely apartment with a quaint verandah moments away from the shore, is ideal for a family getaway!

Located in quiet surroundings but close to the historic centre, the apartment enjoys proximity to the many beaches nearby. It is a ground-floor apartment that features one bedroom and a bright living room to comfortably accommodate a group of 4. At the entrance, you will be greeted by a private veranda equipped with two tables and chairs. The sun umbrella accompanies the set-up for you to enjoy outside dining.

As you walk inside, an open-plan living room is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table set. This room seamlessly flows into a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer.
The apartment offers comfort and is suitable for guests of all age groups. It also provides a private parking space and laundry facilities for your convenience.

Near the shores, this apartment is perfect for you to relax and sunbathe at the many beaches, the closest located at a 2-minute walk. With several restaurants and bars around, you have numerous options for exploring the local food by the beaches, a 2-3-minute walk. If you are fond of cooking, the supermarket is accessible at a 3-minute walking distance.

Art lovers will have a good time exploring the famous Muretto di Alassio at a 5-minute walk. If you want to relax and admire the beauty of the town, Molo Di Alassio- Pontile Maerio Bestoso is a perfect scenic spot. You can also explore the town by car, with Murales- WOP, Curva Sprite, Punto Panoramico Monte Bignone, Torre and Via Antica Julia Augusta located within a 15-20-minute driving radius.

For adventure and sports enthusiasts, sports complexes, soccer fields and beautiful hiking trails are reachable within a 5-10-minute drive. The nearest airport is the Genova International Airport at 1 hour and 8 minutes away.

Die Wohnung hat ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, es gibt Schimmel im Bad und um das Klofenster.Im Sommer und bei schönem Wetter sich kein so Problem, jetzt hat es leider geregnet. Das Schlafsofa hat einen eckligen Fleck und es hat nach Feuchtigkeit gemuffelt. Kurzaufenthalt war ok
