Pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay at reasonable prices and still in the vicinity of everything Alassio has to offer. Hotels closer to the beach at almost double up, still from this hotel the beach is just a 10 min walk. Helpful staff with a welcoming attitude.

Yes.. to the Palms.

Great hotel, great location. No need for Uber - just take line 2 from airport to medecine stop on the tram. 5 min walk to hotel door. We arrived early ( 11:45am) but we’re able to get into our room- even though it was FULL! You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. You are in the city- so it isn’t “quiet” in the streets at night. But it is a lovely , clean hotel!

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited.... The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me.

Ett hotell med mycket att önska

Hotellet ligger mycket bra till i ett lugnt område men med gångavstånd till både stranden och stadskärnan. Frukosten var trist, särskilt för en vegan. Inga grönsaker eller färska frukter (bortsett från sista dagen då det fanns melon och ananas). Dålig städning överallt och skräpigt på taket nedanför balkongen. Trots att vi var tre fanns det bara två stolar på balkongen och inget bord. Detta åtgärdades dock efter samtal med personalen. Barnpoolen saknade vatten (!) och biljardrummet är omgjort till ett magasin. Dålig rengöring av den stora poolen. I baren gick det att beställa drinjar UTAN is och fatölen var slut. Sängarna var hårda och antalet handdukar stämde inte med antalet gäster i hotellrummet. Det fanns inte heller någon skylt att hänga upp på rumsdörren. Sopsorteringen i rummet var obefintlig och på toaletten erbjuds bara hygienartiklar i plastförpackningar. Jag ställer mig också frågande till arbetsvillkoren för de anställda. Väldigt långa arbetsdagar för personalen i restaurangen. Personalen var dock trevliga.

Forvent ikke for meget. Slidt hotel

Vi havde en kedeleg start da vi havde købt et værelse med balkon, mens ejeren påstod at det havde vi ikke købt. Vi prøvede at vise ham vores bekræftelse fra Hotels.com men den ville han ikke se fordi han slet ikke arbejdede sammen med dem. Ubehageligt at blive mistroet på den måde. Vi dog et værelse til sidst med en ubehagelig besked om at nu var det altså den sidste chance vi fik. Men heldigvis for ejeren har han en god medarbejder gruppe som var meget søde og altid venlige. Så vi fik et godt ophold. Dog kunne aircon ikke følge med og der var ulideligt varmt om natten på værelset. Ligger i fin afstand til vandet - dog skal man ikke være gangbesværet da det går en del opad. Rengøring er ikke eksiterende der bliver redt seng ikke andet. Vi havde lagt vores beskidte håndklæder på gulvet for at få dem skiftet, men de blev bare hængt op igen. Morgenmaden var der ingen sprit til hænderne og det var en buffet. Men man kan bestille god kaffe. På grund af ovenstående synes jeg hotellet er for dyrt

C'est un hôtel qui a eut son heure de gloire mais il mérite un bon coup de baguette magique pour redevenir un 3 étoiles de qualité. Nettoyage, peinture et petit dej à revoir.

L'albergo si trova a circa 300 mt dalla spiaggia. Modesto ma ben tenuto con una bella piscina. Bisogna fare attenzione agli infissi delle porte che danno sui balconi perché sono delle lame affilate. Mia figlia si é procurata un taglio al piede molto profondo. Staff cortese a tratti tranne alcuni membri che sono stati eccezionalmente gentili con mia figlia autistica. Primo fra tutti Alby del servizio in sala da pranzo. Gentile e pieno di attenzioni e l unico ad aver prestato il primo soccorso a mia figlia. Bravissimi anche gli stagisti dall'istituto per il turismo.

Bonjour je suis très déçu de l’hôtel l’accruil est médiocre les chambre sale plus de la moitié des équipements sont hors service ou cassé la piscine n est pas entretenu et dangereux car casser nous n avons pas eu de serviettes dans les chambres une fois réclamé ont nous a ramené des serviettes user et délavée hâte d’en quitter cet hôtel qui est pour ma part trop cher pour ce qu’il est ne surtout pas réserver ici ça ne vaut pas le coup

A typical Italian hotel in a lovely area. Clean, practical, garage, Staff very helpful. But this is more of a hotel for large travelling groups, rather than individual travellers. The rooms are nice but walls wafer thin, so that it ws at times difficult to sleep. Poor breakfast excpet for great fresh coffee.
