The villa in Son Bou has 5 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people.
The villa is homely, is fully-equiped, and is 200 m². It has views of waterfront and the garden.
The property is located 300 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the bus station, 300 m from the from the restaurant, 500 m from Playa de Son Bou sand beach, 10 km from Alaior city, 15 km from Mahón - Menorca airport. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the sea.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, childrens area, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private swimming pool, 4 fans, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: English).
