「I really love this hotel: 1. The location is excellent with a very short walk to old town crossing the famous bridge 2. Staff are very friendly and professional 3. Room is quiet and clean. It is a little old but at this price, I have no complaint. Anyway, if I will visit Salamanca again, I will definitely consider this hotel first」

「Primero se encargaron de asegurar que todo estaba en orden previo a la llegada con las reservas de cena y spa, lo cual nos facilitó mucho la experiencia posterior. Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir que podíamos relajarnos. Se ocuparon de todo, maletas, atenciones para el perro, etc. Nos ofrecieron una copa de cava a la llegada mientras nos explicaban el complejo. Todo el personal muy atento en todo momento. Quiero mencionar especialmente a Ana del centro spa y su trato tan cercano....

「Property was great. It was clean, staff was friendly, and it was convenient to the old part of Salamanca. The only drawback was that the area around the hotel was rather industrial.」
