We liked the location as we were attending a show at the Civic Center. We were given an accessible room, which was right behind the elevators. You could hear them constantly. The sheets & towels did not feel fresh & crisp. The shower head in the accessible shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The lights were all a very yellow color and the bedside lamp light was so dull you couldn’t tell it was on.

The Bany
The location is great. Here are the issues I had with my sta —Hot water: While taking a shower the hot water was alternating from warm to SCALDING. This was very disappointing and dangerous and should be fixed immediately. —Parking: There is a daily parking fee but most of the parking spaces are on the street. Completely unprotected and away from the hotel.

At my arrival to desk clerks, maybe in training one was very nice the other one what was training her maybe trying her maybe the maybe she was a manager stuck up attitude service was nice room tiles dirty in the bathroom she smelly carpet dirty overall we may do and we’re comfortable. I love for $200 past shoes in my room I called the hotel never received a call back from housekeeping no way, saying yes or no did they find them but again we made ourselves comfortable and we’re very happy and please until I realize my shoes were left in the room after my stay

Air conditioner didnt work right, bed was uncomfortable, hotels need to bring back personal little bottles if personal hygienic items. As much as you pay for a room at a hilton, you have to pay for parting, pay for breakfast. They only give u 3 towels, 3 crappy pillows. Do better Hilton. You can go to other hotels and get free breakfast buffet and cheaper prices. Room was outdated also.

Excellent Stay!
We stayed at this hotel because it was right across the street from the Civic Center where we went for a Blues Concert. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. They were helpful when we asked questions and giving us information regarding the hotel. We loved walking through the park (I believe it's called Riverfront Park), which is located directly across the street in front of the hotel. There is a statue of Ray Charles in the area directly as you enter the park. They play all his songs on stereo's which are located all around his statue. I recommend this hotel because it is convenient to drive to stores and restaurants. There is also a Waffle House right next door to the hotel if you want something quick to eat.

Overall Okay Stay
Property is outdated and does not appear to be keeping up with the brand standards for updating. I had to engage front desk to have a conversation and the agent got distracted towards end prior to handing over keys and I said "thank you," and he didn't acknowledge me. Overall property and room seemed clean. Bathroom still had hairs on the shampoo bottle and hair in bottom of tub. Vanity sink had slow leak. Bed was very soft, but probably due to it being extra broken in.
