Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
When I checked in my room was half made up then the cleaners left and my sheets were on the floor. There was no coffee or sugar. The rest of my stay was good.
Needs new pillows, dusting, face cloths.and also if you use the cups you have to wash them or not get charged 10$.Will not be staying there again, the price to expensive.
I found it overly priced for what you're getting, $200 a night for a small family, very old room and bedding, no stove top etc. Location though is good, close to a lot of places

Hi Cassandra, thank you for your recent stay with us and your feedback. We do have apartments with fully equipped kitchen and dining and more space. Family rooms are on all websites with accurate photos and they don't show any kitchenet. All rooms have kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge, complimentary coffee, tea and milk for your convenience.Price is on a budget side and is one of lowest for 4 people stay in town.
Hi Laura, thank you for your over night stay back in February.Really sorry that things didn't work out for you and we would help you out with any issue if you had at that time. Any issue can be solved at the time and on a spot, and you would have a good feeling leaving our motel. Maybe next time.
When we got to the motel, it was unattended and had to wait for someone to arrive to check us in. When they did arrive the customer service was terrible (they could have at least smiled). We arrived later in the afternoon and once arrived was wanting to swim in the pool, only to find that you need a key to get in and it wasn’t open after 6:45pm
