"The hotel was lovely and it was fairly easy to get to. It was in a convenient location as well. The only downside was that there was an issue with the breakfast room for the duration of our stay so each morning we had to walk over to the sister hotels to get breakfast (not far but a bit annoying)."

"Great location on Murano...there's a vaporetto station right in front. The breakfast buffet (28 euros if it isn't part of your room rate) is massive. We had a quirky room where the slanted ceiling made it difficult for one person to get out of bed, but otherwise it was fine. My only complaint: they have a fruit-infused container of water just off the lobby. It was frequently empty, with stacks of used glasses and no clean ones. That needs to be monitored and refreshed more frequently. Staff was marvelous. They supplied whatever we asked for and helped arrange a water taxi to the airport. They have a water taxi to the airport (22 euros, I think), but it doesn't start until 8:30am; if your flight is before 11am, you likely will need the public water taxi or a private one. Allow plenty of time; Marco Polo can be a zoo, with some long walks to gates."

"The location is a bit far from the centre but for us that was a plus. It felt like a small apartment away from the hustle and bustle. Having a kitchen and two bedrooms with multiple beds was a big plus for our family of four. Air conditioning worked fine and was very helpful. The included boat tours to Murano was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Stunning stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely, breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in any hotel. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight! Making reservations for the pool was easy and we never had an issue booking a time. The hotel shuttle boat was very convenient and went from 9am-11pm, a short 10 minute ride, it was always on time. I would absolutely stay here again !!!"
