Seule mauvaise expérience en Corse
Lors du check-in, la tenancière nous dit qu'elle ne fera pas de petit-déjeuner le lendemain car cela ne l'arrange pas.. Bon pourquoi pas, mais il y aurait des façons plus commerçantes de le dire.
Arrivés dans la chambre (la tenancière s'est contentée de nous donner la clé), nous constatons que le chauffage n'est pas allumé (nous sommes en octobre et en moyenne altitude, température d'environ 16 degrés), que les toilettes n'ont pas d'abattant et que la douche n'a ni paroi ni rideau, rendant impossible l'exercice sans arroser et inonder la minuscule salle de bain..
Coup de téléphone a la tenancière qui nous apporte les réponses suivantes : "le chauffage n'est pas allumé, vous n'avez qu'à mettre 2 couvertures. Il n'y a pas de rideau de douche c'est normal, et pour l'abattant des toilettes c'est la fin de la saison j'ai l'abattant mais j'ai des travaux à faire je n'en ai pas eu le temps".
Aucune considération pour les clients que nous sommes, tout juste bons à payer une chambre qui n'aurait pas du être mise a disposition de la clientele en l'état.
Pour parfaire le tableau une isolation phonique quasi-inexistante entre les chambres.
De nos 15 nuits en Corse c'est l'unique expérience de la sorte, totalement indigne des prestations et de l'amabilité que nous avons pu constater ailleurs.

Mais personne à l'accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû téléphoner pour récupérer notre clé.

Chambre petite SDB sans confort hôtel trop cher
nous sommes arrivés le soir personne il a fallu demander au restaurant du dessous.La chambre est très petite on peu faire seulement le tour du lit la salle de bain sans rideau on met de l'eau partout pas de rangement dans la salle de bain.Très déçu par tout finalement je ne comprends pas la note excessive de hotel.com en novembre pour le même prix vous avez à Porto une belle chambre avec un superbe salle de bain et le petit déjeuner alors circuler passer votre chemin je suis très très déçu par cet hôtel il est très cher en hors saison et en aucun cas mérite la note qui lui est attribué .

Piccolo hotel situato in un paesino tranquillissimo! Stanze pulite e bagno con doccia (senza il vetro di protezione...quindi si allaga tutto!!!). Stanze con Tv e WiFi. Possibilità di mangiare nel ristorante situato sotto l'hotel. La titolare è gentilissima e disponibile e parla italiano.
