Good location but piad breakfast is very poor
The location is not far the central. All of destination are walking distance. Also the parking space is very safety. But the breakfast quality is very poor and very old style hotel. But we enjoyed about the price and location.

Hostellerie Saint-Antoin
Nice hotel, but we found the beds to short for tall people, also a bit hard - so sleeping was not such a good experience. Everything else was fine - friendly staff.

Best hotel in Albi.
The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated. It’s by far better soundproofed compared to the other hotels in the area which allowed for a quiet sleep. And the parking is on site which is very convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Albi as I’ve compared all the major ones and this one shines above the rest.

A real little gem
A lovely hotel in the centre of a very pretty place. Extremely helpful staff that made for a delightful stay. We would certainly return when possible

The hotel is next to the historic district. Hotel staff is attentive, the property is very well maintained, comfortable rooms, nice garden and easy parking, We were extremely pleased by the experience. Would return no questions asked.

Comfy small but excellent town centre hotel.
We came in the chaleur and this hotel was just a quality comfy hotel which was a haven for us. Excellent. Bit old fashioned but we liked that. Near all amenities & secure parking. Spacious salons downstairs and attractive gardens /conservatory. Bedroom could have been bigger & no view but these issues just small really.

Great option in Albi
Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Charming themed room was spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal if you are traveling with a car as parking is easy and right behind the hotel, and the old city is just across the street so easily walkable. Air conditioning could have been better.

Hotel room is very basic. Not enough towels or bathroom cups. It’s okay for one night but nothing more. No real place to unpack and store clothes.

Of course, the size of the room as well as its closets and drawers depends on the category reserved ( we have 4 different room categories). All our bathrooms are equipped with 4 towels and 2 cups, however our staff is happy to provide more wehenever needed, at all times. We hope you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful city nevertheless. A beautiful, friendly hotel.
This hotel is lovely and has been in the same family for 5 generations! It is right in the middle of the old town and has parking. The rooms are charming with antiques furniture throughout the hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return.

Convenient hotel with excellent service
Well appointed and well located in the heart of Albi, we had a very nice stay. Easy to walk to all the attractions. Breakfast was excellent with ample selections. Audrey was extremely helpful, and spoke fluent English. It's a little family owned gam in the lovely city of Albi!

Fantastic stay
This hotel is amazing... first the staff could not be any more accommodating, the room was nicely decorated with antiques and large, and the location was right in the middle of everything. The part I liked the most was that the hotel had been in service since the 1700s!

Great place to stay in Albi
I booked last minute having never been to Albi before but the hotel was lovely! It was in a great place with lots of nice shops, restaurants and bars nearby! The staff are nice and helpful and the car park at the back was handy! If you come back late at night make sure you ask for the secret bar just off the lobby! You'd never know it was there but we had it all to ourselves which was great.

Ideal for the motor traveller
This was an ideal hotel for the motor traveller. An easy walk to the Papal Palace, but also easy access to the ring road. If you intend to take day trips to other close by sites, you can't do better than the combination of centrality and road access. Guarded parking (extra fee), large and quiet rooms, fine dining room, helpful staff.

Regretfully, we only stayed at this hotel one night, as it was a stop-over between the Dordogne and Carcasonne. What a fabulous place! The room was luxurious with a separate seating area, comfy couch, huge closet, silky soft sheets and separate toilet/bidet room. The nicest hotel of our 3-week trip! Best of all was Noami, the receptionist. She helped us book an alternative to our cancelled Air France flight (due to the strike). She was poised, confident and extremely knowledgeable; truly an asset to this hotel. Great employee. Great hotel.

Location is great, our stay was VERY noisy: people talking and yelling inside and out, dumpsters being emptied at 6am outside our window. Towels were very thin and worn. I like the old- world decor.
