“The Everspring Inn continues to be my go-to place to stay when I travel to Oskaloosa. With that said, the staff needs to do a better job keeping the breakfast area fully stocked. The juice dispenser was empty when I ate at 8:30 a.m. and was still empty one hour later.”

“The hotel was overall a nice well kept facility and the staff were friendly. In fact they were very helpful in mailing back a book that had got misplaced in the room. The only issue we had was that despite reserving a king bed ten months earlier when we arrived they told us we had to have two queens. No other offer of upgrade, refund or explanation was given. Arriving on the day and expecting your choice of room is foolish, but ten months in advance should be enough to reserve a room for a night……

“Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any.”

“When we checked in, we could not understand the desk manager as to where he was directing us, & he gave us the room EXACTLY above the lobby & common area. (I made this reservation weeks ago, so this cannot have been the ONLY room that was available when we checked in that afternoon!) Needless to say, we got very little sleep with the "party" continuing to go on & on in that same common area/lobby until the early morning hours! “Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. ”
